Silver Support

The Silver service package is designed for customers who have limited support needs or the necessary in-house competence. This type of customer is willing to assume a major part of the operational risk and must therefore possess the correct competence to be able to handle required actions.

With this service package, Tilgin provides access to our knowledge base (web support via FTP access), access to our trouble reporting tool JIRA, as well as providing new software (SW) maintenance releases over a web interface.
